Boasting six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with magnificent ocean views from almost every room.
The mansion also features a sauna, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We would like to present a detailed pricing for your event. The estate can host up to 250 guests at our exquisite estate. The package includes the following:

• On-site Parking for up to 150 cars
• Event Valet Parking
• Event Security and Site Representative
• Exit Cleaning Fee
• Trash Haul Away
• Occupancy Taxes

What's included:

• Two-night stay at our gorgeous estate that accommodates up to 12 overnight guests
• The ability to host your Rehearsal Dinner the night prior to your Wedding Day for up to 40 guests
• Security Staff on site during the event
• On-site parking for all guests with complimentary valet service (no shuttle necessary)
• All trash left behind by vendors will be hauled away
• Event Insurance

The venue also can provide additional services such as private chef, bar and catering, florists, photographers, massage, yoga, etc.
